Cloth Diaper Review & Giveaway!

Finally....what you've all been waiting for....the CLOTH DIAPER post!

I had the pleasant opportunity to review a cloth diaper from Sarah, owner of Baby Bleiu & Mama, Too.When I opened the package, I was giddy with excitement. I've purchased WAHM (work at home mom) diapers before and not all of them are great. Some have felt rough, were awkwardly sized or poorly made. Sarah's diaper was the best I've handled: soft and comfy, generously sized w/ plenty of adjustability and clearly made with care and precision.

I chose the Cars pattern, an instant favorite with my toddler. It was great to see him wear a diaper as usually he strips naked these days. I put him in his matching Cars t-shirt and sandals for the full effect ha! After taking the diaper through my regular cloth washing routine, I then tried it on my chubby baby. Another great fit! I was very happy to see how well it fit my baby, as he is a chunker, with thick thighs and a "bubble butt" as my little sister says lol. For example, my Grovia diapers do not fit on him comfortably right now due to his chunky size.

Right away, I liked the detail she put in the leg gussets. They tucked around the legs snugly without biting. I also noticed that she added the right distance to protect his tummy from the hook and loop area. Ever had one of those diapers that chafes or bites into the tummy area at the top of the diaper? Useless and painful! But she avoided that issue perfectly.

Her insert was absorbent and generous, wide enough to ensure I could swap out the soiled one without having to change the outer diaper each time. This saves you money and time (and if you're like me and have to match outfits, it saves changing outfits or being mismatched, too!)

I especially appreciate the way she made the tabs to fold over in the wash so that they don't stick to everything. It's a simple design that didn't require any thought on my part when doing laundry.

This diaper now sits in the front row of my stash and I am always ready to grab it and use it.
